The Treks are easy and optional. They take us through the serene foresta and the villages of Dholchina and Jwalabanj. Walk through the unwinding track that unveils some amazing land and forestscapes. This trek (about 5 kms) is a climb up to camp 2 at Jolabanj (7000ft). The route takes us by the side of the village and through yet another forest. Camp 2 itself is a perched atop a hill, bathed in tranquility and offers a view of the valley below and the Himalayan ranges above. The last leg of the trek is another 5-6 kms down to Jageshwar (6000ft), famous for the hundreds of 8th century miniature temples.
